Associated Press reports 13-year-old Andrew Benson from Yakima, Washington decided he’d rather have $475 in cash after winning a Pepsi bottlecap contest than see Britney Spears in concert. Since he’s a fan of rap music, he wasn’t too interested in Britney concert tickets.
