t.A.T.u., Sugababes, Liberty X, Blue, Mariah Carey, BoA, Stacie Orrico, ‘Pop Idol’ Gareth Gates, ‘Australian Idol’ Guy Sebastian, and Michelle Branch were on hand for the MTV Asia Awards 2004 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Saturday (February 14) in Singapore. The third annual awards feature a star-studded line-up of Asian and international artists. Winners included Mariah Carey, who took home The Lifetime Achievement Award; t.A.T.u., who took home Favorite Breakthrough Artist; Blue, who was named Favorite Pop Act; Christina Aguilera, who was named Favorite Female Artist; and Gareth Gates, who was named Favorite Male Artist.
