Some 80,000 Madonna tickets that went on sale on Sunday for concerts in Tokyo and Osaka sold out in 5 minutes, promoters said on Monday. This is Madonna’s first tour to Japan in 13 years and her fans have been waiting or calling up the ticket agency well in advance of the 10 am start of sales. The most expensive seats sold for 50,000 yen. To meet the high demand an additional concert will be held on Sept. 21 at the Tokyo Dome. Read more at Madonnalicious.com.
