Nick Carter Offers Jailed Mother Full Support
Following news Jane Carter was arrested last week in Sumter County, Florida for failing to appear in a Florida court for a hearing about her divorce from John Holcomb, her son Nick Carter spoke to UsMagazine.com about the situation. "I love my mother and offer her my full support in these unfortunate circumstances," Carter said.A friend of the Backstreet Boys star said that Nick's relationship with his mother has improved from 2005, where he and brother Aaron cut her out of their lives over concerns she was more interested in their money than being a mother. "He's been mending his relationship with his mom for quite some time and that he is in such a healthy, productive place in his life, looking better than ever," the pal explained. Kimble County Sheriff Mike Chapman tells People magazine that 20-year-old Aaron Carter was arrested for possession of marijuana after the singer was pulled over in Junction, Texas for speeding on Thursday. Carter is currently in jail awaiting a Friday morning appearance before a magistrate.
