Madonna And Jesus Luz Split Up, Age Difference Blamed
Bill Zwecker of the Chicago Sun-Times reports Madonna and Jesus Luz have broken up on friendly terms, with the 23-year-old initiating the split. “The problem is as simple as it is obvious – it’s the age difference,” a friend of the 51-year-old singer told The Sun. “How long could it last? How it even lasted a year seems a miracle to a lot of people. They are in such different places in their lives. They both benefited, but it’s pretty much over now.”
Pink Predicts Lady Gaga To Win Album Of The Year Grammy
Several artists gave their Grammy predictions to RollingStone.com, including Pink, ?uestlove of The Roots, Keri Hilson and Brian Aubert of Silversun Pickups. Asked about her Album of the Year selection, Pink responded:
I think I’d have to go with Lady Gaga because she really, really just took over this year. She was everywhere. She’s fearless when it comes to fashion and videos and I think a lot of other people play it really safe. I think she’s been a total breath of fresh air. I love her videos. In some ways I think she’s the most interesting without seeming to try to hard since Madonna. I think I’m able to like her because I don’t see any of myself in her. And for awhile, I think, after ‘Missundaztood’ came out, it was like, “Oh, everybody wants to be a rock star now.” But with her, I don’t know, I think she’s marching to the beat of her own drum. And I really, really like that.

Madonna Trying For A Baby With Jesus Luz?
Though Madonna is 51, The Sun hears that the Material Girl is consulting with doctors about the possibility of conceiving another child with her much younger boyfriend Jesus Luz, 22. Madge’s pal, who calls the singer by her preferred nickname Em, told the British tabloid, “Em says motherhood is her greatest achievement and the most fulfilling thing in her life. She knows that, at 51, it’s going to be harder to conceive naturally. But she is Olympic-athlete fit and is ready for the challenge.” Read more.
Madonna Donates $250,000 To Assist Haiti’s Earthquake Victims
Madonna issued the following statement following Tuesday’s earthquake in Haiti:
My prayers are with the people of Haiti. I can’t imagine the terrible pain and suffering they are experiencing. Sadly the depths of the tragedy are just becoming known and the need for our support grows more urgent with every passing moment.
I have given a donation of $250,000 to assist Haiti’s earthquake victims through Partner’s in Health (www.pih.org) one of Haiti’s leading health care providers. I urge all of my friends and fans around the world to join me collectively to match my contribution or give in any way you can. We must act now.

Cheryl Cole To Mentor On German ‘X Factor’
Cheryl Cole is signing on to mentor contestants on the German version of ‘The X Factor’, just one stop on a promo tour that will see the Girls Aloud member in Spain, Italy and France as well. “She’s thrilled to start her European campaign in such a big way,” a source tells The Mirror. “The X Factor’s huge in Germany. There are also plans for her to be a guest on the biggest shows there too – including ‘Wetten Dass’ – they’ve had Madonna and all the A-List stars in the past.”
As for her future on the UK’s ‘X Factor’, the source added, “Who knows what will happen. She loves the show but her solo career comes first and if schedules collide then she may not return. She wants to spend time in America too – and may commute between ‘X Factor’ auditions to make it work out there.”
