La Toya Jackson was spotted exiting Crustacean Restaurant in Beverly Hills on a rainy Friday evening (February 5), and said that she’ll “absolutely” be attending Dr. Conrad Murray’s court case regarding the homicide of her brother, Michael Jackson. “They murdered my brother, and they know who they are,” La Toya insisted. “It’s not just Dr. Murray, I promise you that. Michael Jackson Footage To Be Used in Dr. Murray’s Defense?

Lawyers for Dr. Conrad Murray want to use old video footage of Michael Jackson from 2004 where the King of Pop slurs his words and appears drunk in rehearsals for a film role at his Neverland home to demonstrate the depth of his drug habit. “Murray’s legal team have quietly but steadily been building a robust defense case,” a source close to Murray told News of the World. “A key element will be on-camera interviews Michael Jackson gave where he discusses and admits his drug use and others where he appears to be intoxicated. In effect, Michael Jackson himself will be the defense’s star witness as they set out to prove he was a seasoned and habitual user and knew how to self-administer.”


Michael Jackson’s ‘This Is It’ Midnight Madness In LA

Fans attending a midnight release event for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment’s Michael Jackson’s ‘This Is It’ Blu-ray and DVD release last week danced along with choreographer Stacy Walker and Michael Jackson’s ‘This Is It’ dancers Nick Bass, Mekia Cox, Misha Gabriel, Shannon Holtzapffel, Dres Reid and Timor Steffens.

A surprise flash mob of 150+ amateur dancers performed ‘Drill’ while over 350 people celebrated the DVD release at a special midnight opening of the Best Buy store in Fox Hills, Los Angeles. The event included a screening of the film, DJs, giveaways, and a live performance from the Michael Jackson’s ‘This Is It Dancers’. Check out the video below.
