Neil Strauss of The New York Times attended and reviewed the “Justified and Stripped Tour” in Phoenix on June 4. On Christina Aguilera, he says that she “couldn’t quite deliver” and that “she may have the most impressive voice of her generation of pop stars, but as an entertainer she still comes off as too self-involved to connect fully with an arena audience.” As for *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake, he says that “Mr. Timberlake held his own as a solo act” and said he put on a “phenomenal show.” Read more.
