In Touch Weekly reports that when Aaron Carter recently went to Fred Segal in Los Angeles with a couple pals, when they checked out clothes, he headed straight to the beauty counter. The 16-year-old spent $800 on items including lotions, acne medication, and even wrinkle creams.
