Adam Lambert Discusses His Racy ‘For Your Entertainment’ Performance

Adam Lambert’s man-on-man kiss and a provocative head-to-below-the-belt dance moves during his ‘For Your Entertainment’ performance at Sunday’s ‘American Music Awards’ had the west coast censors scrambling to edit. But was Adam’s kiss with 28-year-old keyboardist Tommy Ratliff planned? ‘Access Hollywood’ correspondent Shaun Robinson spoke with the ‘American Idol’ season eight runner-up backstage at the event in Los Angeles.

Asked about what ended up to be editing of his performance for west coast viewers, Lambert said, “If it’s edited, that’s discrimination. I will be a little disappointed because there is a little bit of discrimination going in this country. There’s a big double standard, female pop artists have been doing things provocative like that for years, and the fact that I’m a male, and I’ll be edited and discriminated against could be a problem.” Watch the interview below.
