AFA Targets ‘Will And Grace’ Over Britney’s ‘Cruci-fixin’ Cameo

Donald E. Wildmon, Founder and Chairman of the American Family Association sent out an alert to members to protest NBC for the announcement earlier this week that Britney Spears would be making a cameo appearance on ‘Will And Grace’ as a Christian conservative sidekick to Sean Hayes’ character after Jack’s fictional network, ‘Out TV’, is bought by a Christian TV network. The episode was reported to feature Spears contributing a cooking segment called “Cruci-fixin’s.” The group fumed that the episode “mocks the crucifixion of Christ” and added, “To further denigrate Christianity, NBC chose to air it the night before Good Friday.”
