AJ McLean Faces Lawsuit
The Smoking Gun published documents today revealing that Backstreet Boys star AJ McLean is being sued by Helene Bahn after she was bumrushed by fans at a concert in Tampa when AJ threw his Tampa Bay Devil Rays jersey into the crowd. The battle for the shirt left Bahn with a herniated disc that required surgery, and other injuries, according to her lawyer. The suit claims AJ should have known throwing the shirt would have caused the commotion.
