‘American Idol’ season six semi-finalist Alaina Alexander checked in with fans on her blog at MySpace on Wednesday (January 23). She writes, “Today is a darn good day, you ask why Alaina? Well [we] finished all the legal shizzel for my first compilation record that is coming out on March 5th exclusively at your local (my fav) Wal-Mart and iTunes! It is called ‘Curtain Call’ and it’s with past Idol contestants. It’s our own songs done our way. There will be 4 volumes and I will be on the second. =-) It’s a joint venture w/ Addiction Records and Rocket Science. My dreams are coming true and you better believe it is only the beginning.” Alexander also posted three songs from the album on her MySpace player. Listen to ‘Believe’, ‘How I Feel’, and ‘Bad Name’ at myspace.com/alainaalexander.
