Alanis, George Fail To Impress On Their Latest LPs

Jim Farber of the New York Daily News reviewed Alanis Morissette’s latest effort ‘So-Called Chaos’ and George Michael’s latest ‘Patience’. Farber said of Morissette: “Even given her mild upgrades, then, her music remains rife with notions that dull the senses and writing that lands with a thud.” And Michael: “Now that Michael has gotten all this dreary confessing out of his system, maybe he can get back to doing what he does best – writing catchy songs.” Read more.
