Alanis Morissette Album An ‘Acceptance Of All Parts’

KRT spoke with Alanis Morissette ahead of today’s release of her latest album ‘Under Rug Swept’. The singer described her latest effort saying, “On this record, there’s an integration that’s going on, an acceptance of all parts. I don’t feel like there’s a shadow side of myself that has to be fragmented and cut off in order for me to be acceptable or loved. So there’s kind of an inclusion of all parts on this record, which feels much more complete to me.”
