Alanis Morissette Show Perfectly Placed

Steve Knopper of Denver’s Rocky Mountain News reviewed the Alanis Morissette concert at Magness Arena on Saturday, giving it a respectable B+ rating. Knopper said, “Although Morissette barely changed the arrangements from her three most recent recordings, she enlivened them with gleeful, aggressive aerobics and a totally sympathetic band. Her show was perfectly paced, following the familiar rocker Hand In My Pocket with the almost-spoken-word ballad Purgatorying.”
