Bruce Kirkland of the Toronto Sun caught up with ‘Maid In Manhattan’ director Wayne Wang who recalled the frenzy by paparazzi and school aged fans on the set when filming began. “It was A Hard Day’s Night in real life,” Wang says. “That hit me all at once and I was not prepared for it.” As for J.Lo, “I think she was upset that the paparazzi weren’t giving her a chance to work and she was kind of upset at how crazy crazy the crowd got in the afternoon. That’s my read on it.”
