The New York Daily News reports Britney Spears’ recent partying and boyfriend juggling has prompted her mother and manager to give her a stern talking-to. “Other family members were also involved,” says an insider. “They laid down the law.” The source added, “[Her family] said, ‘You’re complaining about all this bad publicity, but look at what you’re doing. They said, ‘You’ve got to lower your profile and get back to the studio.’ She didn’t take it too well.”
