‘Extra’ is reporting that ‘American Idol’ producers are said to have stormed off the show last Friday because the producers wanted to institute changes to the smash hit, while Fox was resistant. A spokesman for the show disputed the claim, telling The New York Daily News: “Nobody walked off and everything is normal.”
