‘American Idol’-Worshiping Crowd Gets Its Fill

Kelley L. Carter of the Detroit Free Press reviewed the ‘American Idol’ show at Joe Louis Arena on Sunday night and spoke with excited fans in attendance. Carter says, “Fans by the thousands — parents, grandparents, black and white, young and old — came to the sold-out show to hear their favorite personal “Idols” do it live and upclose. They got just what they wanted.”
