Antonella Barba Graduates College, Prepares To Hit Recording Studio
Antonella Barba checked in with fans on her blog at MySpace on Thursdsay (January 1), discussing her graduation from Catholic University of America in Washington, DC and her plans for 2009, which include hitting the studio with Interscope/ Aftermath’s Producer and aFam Records CEO, Bernard Edwards, Jr AKA Focus. The ‘American Idol’ season six semi-finalist tells readers:
I finished my degree! Hallelujah! I even got to walk with my class, which took alllllllllllll of my time this past year and really meant a lot to me. Since I took a semester off from school to perform on American Idol, I had to cram an additional semester into my senior year, but I made it!
I can hardly believe I came out alive haha, but it’s over, and I’m so excited for all the new things coming up this year…
Now that I have finally graduated college, I can dedicate 2009 to bringing you everything you have been waiting for! Thank you, thank you, and thank you to all of my loyal fans!! You guys really make any amount of hard work pay off in the end.
