Antonella Barba: I Wish I Would Have Sung Better
Patti Martin of Asbury Park Press caught up with ‘American Idol’ season six semi-finalist Antonella Barba and her family in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, where the 20-year-old spoke about her controversial run on the hit show. Looking back, Barba wishes she could have stepped up her performances. “I guess that’s one thing I wish was different,” she says, “I wished I would have sung better – let America see me sing the way I know I can.” Barba said several things are in the works musically, though nothing definite yet. “I’m hard-working and determined,” she says. “I don’t want to come half-way on a journey and not finish. That’s just not who I am.”
