Are Men Smarter Than Women?

Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Friday night, “According to a male psychologist at the University of Western Ontario, this what is he said, it’s not me — he says that men are smarter than women by an average of four IQ points. But to be fair, since Jessica Simpson is female, that throws the average way.”
