Perez Hilton was on hand for Paris Hilton’s party at her Hollywood Hills mansion for pal Caroline D’Amore’s 21st birthday party. Stavros Niarchos made a surprise appearance, and Perez reports that the professional kiteboarder and ‘Stars Are Blind’ singer have been “spending time together” again.
