Delta Goodrem drops from #3 to #6, Guy Sebastian moves one spot from #11 to #10, Christina Aguilera drops 3 spots from #17 to #20, Hilary Duff drops one spot from #23 to #24 and Kylie Minogue moves 4 spots from #42 to #38.
