Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Tuesday night, “The Army and the Marines both missed — they missed their recruiting goals at end of April. Not good, not good. In fact, they said right now, the only one successfully recruiting young men, Paula Abdul. That’s it. … Well, did you hear what Paula — well, you didn’t see tonight — what she said tonight on ‘American Idol’? I think she’s getting bolder. Yeah, like, she said one time, ‘Your voice and you look fantastic. Could have done with a little more foreplay’. Yeah, that’s what she said.”
