Britney Spears And Christina Aguilera

jman writes "We have two very different artists. One whatever she touches goes gold (Britney Spears), and another who takes years to make a good album (Christina Aguilera). Britney is a international icon. Whatever you say, it is true. She has sold over 85 million albums and she has only been around for 8 years. Her singles do great and top many charts. On the another hand, you have Christina, who has sold 42 million albums and has 4 U.S number 1's.
Britney is more successful in album sales and tours. Her 'Dream Within In A Dream' was highly successful and so was her 'Onyx Hotel Tour'. Christina on the other hand is more likely to get a a top 10 hit. I'm not saying that Britney is not successful in singles (Look at how many hit singles she has). But fans make a overhype of everything. Christina's new song is okay, but a top ten hit? Not likely. Us Britney fans also overhype everything she does, but we have reason. When Christina releases her new album, MAYBE Christina will archieve her first U.S Number #1 album. When Britney releases her new soon to be 5th #1 album later this year, maybe we will get our 2nd number #1 U.S Single because now downloads count and her downloads are STRONG!!!"
