Today, Ashanti, Jennifer Love Hewitt, and Mario performed at Immaculate Heart Academy in Washington Township, New Jersey, as part of New York City’s Z100 RomeoNation contest. Ashanti performed Baby, Happy, her part in Whats Luv?, Foolish, and a song called Dreams which was preceded by a little speech “to always follow your dreams”. Jennifer Love Hewitt sang four songs, including Barenaked and her second single which has yet to be released. She also did a cover of a Janis Joplin song. Mario then came out and sang four or five songs on his part, closing with Just A Friend. For the most part, all three performers seemed very nice. Today is Ashanti’s birthday, so we all sang happy birthday to her as well.
