Ashlee Simpson and on-off boyfriend Ryan Cabrera were spotted dining at the Rockit Bar and Grill after his concert at the House of Blues on Thursday, a source tells The Chicago Sun-Times. After dinner and pool with restaurant owner Billy Dec, Cabrera and his bandmates continued their night out at Le Passage.
