‘Entertainment Tonight’ reports that Ashlee Simpson returned to her Los Angeles home over the weekend and is now recuperating after she collapsed and was hospitalized Thursday after a performance in Tokyo in support of her new album, ‘I Am Me’. The singer is taking a pre-planned vacation with her family for the holidays.
