The National Enquirer reports that in the wake of her ‘Saturday Night Live’ lip-synching debacle and her performance at the Orange Bowl which was greeted with a chorus of boos, Ashlee Simpson has turned to her big sister Jessica Simpson for support. “It’s all getting too much for Ashlee and she’s crying on her sister’s shoulder,” revealed a close source. “Jessica doesn’t want to see her sister crack under the strain of these setbacks.” An insider added, “Jessica’s really worried about Ashlee, fearful she’s going to crack if the setbacks keep coming.”
