Ashlee’s National Championship Haltime Show Drowned Out By Boos

With their team down 38-10 at halftime of the Orange Bowl game in Miami, fans of the Oklahoma Sooners and perhaps others let their frustrations out on Ashlee Simpson, an easy target since her ‘Saturday Night Live’ lip-synching debacle, during her halftime show performance of ‘La La’, booing throughout. Prior act Kelly Clarkson was spared the booing, though a technical sound volume error had her male backup singer, who sounded awful, drowning her performance out. Both performed live.
