Ashley Tisdale and Scott Speer were spotted having lunch in Malibu, California on Saturday (April 18). The ‘High School Musical’ star and her ‘It’s Alright, It’s OK’ video director looked rather close, but she recently told E! that she hasn’t already moved on from V Factory’s Jared Murillo. “I’m not in a relationship.
