Avram May Have Trouble Collecting Against Jacko

The lawsuit filed by Micheal Jackson’s former promoter Marcel Avram is going to trial this week, where he’s seeking at least $21.2 million for breach of contract, fraud and defamation. A source tells MSNBC’s Jeannette Walls that “Even if [Avram] wins, he shouldn’t hold his breath waiting to collect. Jackson’s fortune ain’t what it used to be.”
