Avril Lavigne posted a short message on her official website journal December 12th. She writes, “Everybody got their Christmas shopping done? I think I do. I’m in LA working on the record. It’s almost done. It’s going good. Can’t wait. I’m looking forward to seeing my family over the holiday season and I hope everyone enjoys being with theirs. Merry Christmas and happy new year.”

I don’t think that this album will be a success. All the anti-Britney and Christina have not been successful and many people assume that they will be here longer than them. Anyway, who am I to say. We’ll just find out after the album is released.
A new Avril Lavigne album is exactly what I want for the new Year!!! ‘Let Go’ was like a blessing for me, It got me through so much. Happy times, and sad times. I know she won’t dissapoint this time around, Whether it’s a huge success or not I’m sure her True fans who can look beyond stupid image will love it! Also she seems to be a lot nicer, Maybe she’s had a attitude change?

No kidding how Avril passed on her stupidity to the fans. Please spell correctly. And Avril, you should have stayed in high school. “I think I DO”? It’s “I think I did.” It’s people like Avril and her fans that make me wonder if I really was that stupid when I was 13.
Ya it’s almost done but it won’t be released until Summer 2004… She’s also working with Don Gilmore (Linkin Park) and Clif Magness on this album and the tracks she did with Ben Moody should be released soon on a soundtrack near you but they most likely will not be appearing on the new album.
