Dan Aquilante of the New York Post reviewed Avril Lavigne’s concert at the Nassau Coliseum in New York. Aquilante writes, “From an adult point of view, what’s really interesting about Lavigne is that she exudes zero sexuality. She doesn’t try to wow with a girly-show that’s intended to titillate dad. Instead, she presents her rock without gender prejudice – she’s one of the guys who happens to be a girl. That’s why she’s been anointed the Britney slayer.”
