Avril Lavigne Dominates MTV Asia Awards
Associated Press reports Avril Lavigne took the lion’s share of awards at the second annual MTV Asia Awards Friday night, winning Favorite Female Artist, Favorite Breakthrough Artist and the Style Award. The awards show, co-hosted by Jamaican rapper Shaggy and Hong Kong pop star Coco Lee, presented a total of 19 awards to artists and personalities selected by viewers from 10 countries across the region. It was held in Singapore for a second year in a row.
