Avril Lavigne Getting Upbeat On New Album

MTV News caught up with Avril Lavigne, who discussed her upcoming LP, which will have less angst, more fun and more love songs. “I’ve got to say, this record is going to be so much fun. It’s really upbeat. I have a few love songs – it’s so funny,” she said, giggling. “Of course, I still have my boy-bashing songs, but they’re very playful.
