Avril Lavigne Wins ‘Best Music Hair’ Award
MuchMusic reports Avril Lavigne has received the ‘Best Music Hair’ award at the A-G Best Canadian Celebrity Hair Awards. A spokesperson for A-G Hair Cosmetics said Lavigne was selected for the award because she “has a look that is cool, natural and individual.”

November 24, 2003 – The Sun reports Avril Lavigne showed off her mystery older boyfriend on a visit to the posh Dolce restaurant in Los Angeles. He was sporting denim jacket and jeans with a Jon Bon Jovi style ’80s hairdo.

Ok, I can’t say I’m an Avril fan, because I’m not. Her hair? Well, it wouldn’t be my choice of style. I just think it’s dull and too straight. Maybe something different sometimes wouldn’t hurt! Just my opinion
hey um anything that is popular is pop but it could be popular rock, rap, are and b, etc… but where I’m going is if she wants to be herself she can. She is not going to where her hair a certain way because someone said so. I like it and the color. A lot of people diss her but she is only singing and writing what she wants to and she got famous by it. And you can’t say much your songs aren’t famous are they? At least she sings, writes, and plays in her songs. Other artists get people to play and write for them. And yes, Avril does have a band but who doesn’t? At least they are in her videos and pictures! Some singers never acknowledge their band mates. And about her hair… It’s probably easy to manage! Oh yeah and to whoever thinks mayo in her hair is gross.. it’s good for your hair I’ve heard about it on many sites! And who is so obsessed to see what kind of shampoo she uses. She deserves that award after taking all this crap about it. ROCK on Avril!
