The New York Post reports the Backstreet Boys were furious over Nick Carter’s decision to come out with a solo album in August and hire The Firm, after the band fired the reps over what a source explained, “they were annoyed that their last album flopped, and had to blame someone.” Nick had told Carson Daly on Monday he was psyched over doing the solo project. All of this leads many to speculate the boy band’s days are numbered. The source adds, “There’s a lot of infighting with the Boys – and between that and [McLean's] rehab, there’s not much left.”
