While participating in this year’s Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, a celebrity/pro golf tournament, AJ McLean gave The Desert Sun some insight as to what’s going on with the new Backstreet Boys album. AJ said, “It’s going to go in a lot of different directions. We don’t even know what the concept is going to be. We really haven’t talked about it. But once we do, I’m sure we’ll come up with something that will top the last two albums.” Millenium went platinum in over 45 countries, was nominated for 6 Grammys, and has sold over 30 million copies. AJ also revealed that golfing has helped him get over his alcohol addiction. He’s currently writing for the BSB album, for other artists, and for his solo album.
