Mike Carter at AllBackstreet.net reports, “After 5 months and 884 signatures, the site BackstreetBoys.com will be reopening! The Zomba company revealed to me that it had never intended to reopen the site. But, you fans signed the petition for reopening. Also, after having to send 3 letters of introduction and the journalists who supported us on our cause, the company decided to reopen it. The site is in construction, so let’s see now if the company will listen to us by putting the message boards and chat back online.” The site was originally shut down when the Backstreet Boys dropped The Firm as their managers.
