Barry Manilow checked in with fans on his blog at MySpace on Friday (November 20) after being sidelined, reportedly for another hip surgery. The veteran pop singer writes:
Hi Everyone
Well, I’m alive!
The surgery went fine, the recovery has been exactly as they told me it would be and I’m still planning on performing at the Hilton on November 27th.
