Basement Jaxx On Collaborating With JC Chasez

VH1.com recently interviewed Basement Jaxx about their third CD, ‘Kish Kash’. They asked them how they ended up with JC Chasez of *NSYNC on ‘Plug It In’. Simon Ratcliffe replied, “We used him because he can sing.” JC was looking for English producers, and wanted to meet them. They hung out, and JC went into the booth. JC sang “a fantastic falsetto that has a Prince-y feel.” Check out the rest of the interview here.
