Bash Honors Latin’s Best
Reuters reports the big names ruled, but several new stars also made their marks on Thursday (April 29) at the 2004 Billboard Latin Music Awards in Miami. The late Celia Cruz, superstar Ricky Martin and rising star Juanes were the big winners, scoring top honors in three categories each. Winners received their awards during a star-studded telecast that included performances by Paulina Rubio, David Bisbal, Alejandro Fernandez and Gloria Estefan.
