Behind The Scenes At Miley Cyrus’ Portland Concert
Noah Cyrus and Emily Grace Reaves brought ‘The Noie & Ems Show’ to Portland to talk with Miley Cyrus before her concert at the Rose Garden Arena in Portland, Oregon on September 14th. The ‘Hannah Montana’ star chatted with her kid sister and Emily for a bit before posing with fans. After running into her brother Trace Cyrus, Noah jumped on stage with Emily to do the ‘Hoedown Throwdown’ dance with Miley as she rehearsed. Watch it via YouTube below.
