The Boston Herald reports Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez did take out an application for a marriage license in Georgia, but they have yet to return it, Liberty County officials said. “They got an application a few months ago but they never brought it back,” said Toni Andrews, administrative assistant to Liberty County Court Clerk F. Barry Wilkes. “So no license has been issued.”

This is so damn annoying. They took out an application a FEW MONTHS AGO. is that relevant now? IT might be newsworthy if they returned it, but they didn’t.
