Destiny’s Child star Beyonce Knowles has given a thumbs up to former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham’s plans at launching a hip-hop solo career. Beyonce, pals with Posh’s rap mentor Damon Dash, heard a track from her forthcoming album. “It sounded great,” Knowles told The Sun. “I didn’t know it was her. Damon just played it and I was like, ‘That’s hot, who’s that?’ It’s got a great groove.”

It’s the POLITE thing to do but not the SMART thing to do if you want people to respect you as a musician, but then you’re already showing your ass in your crap videos so, okay why not tell The SUN you like the sound of a former Spice Girl? There is no need to bash Beyonce because she said she liked Posh’s new sound. I agree I am a little leery about Posh doing hip-hop but hell that hasn’t stopped Britney Spears from jumping on the bandwagon. As for Beyonce’s ass hanging out, what do you call it when Britney Spears is on a magazine cover practically naked except for beads and then again when she posed with nothing more than a sweater. Surely not dressing like Mother Theresa.
