Bellagio Hotel chef Julian Serrano tells The New York Daily News his Picasso restaurant has been closed since November 6th, making it tough for him to have served Britney Spears’ Chihuahua Bit-Bit a $180 steak. He said: “I never cook for Britney Spears. I never cook for her dog.”
