Blender Magazine’s Pre-VMA Party

Ashlee Simpson, Ben Jelen, Brooke Hogan, Jessica Simpson, 98 Degrees singer Nick Lachey, and Shakara were on hand for the Blender 2004 MTV VMA Pre-Party hosted by Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo on Saturday (August 28) at Nobu in Miami Beach, Florida.
