Bob Carter Explains Stomach Ailment
Star magazine has more details on the medical problems that are facing Bob Carter, the father of Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter and Aaron Carter. Denying he has cancer, Bob explained, “I just ate too much bad food on this summer’s tour with Aaron. I’m hurting, but not dying. Nick just came home to make sure I was OK. He’s a good boy.” The specific ailment is diverticulitis, an acute bowel inflammation. “Touring is a young man’s game,” the elder Carter admitted. “I should have known better.”
